Collection of information and what do we do with it

To assist us in delivering free pre-qualifying services or answer questions you may have regarding solar energy or products the company manufactures or other solar products, we ask for voluntarily submitted information. Your consent is implied when filling out our forms.

Your information submitted via contact form or pre-qualifying form is reviewed by our staff. The information you provide is used to assist you in assessing your solar suitability. Information submitted is not disclosed to anyone outside our company.

When you request information or interactive services through this site, we need to know your name, (first name okay),e-mail address, town you live in, a telephone number and postal code in order to assist you further.

Aggregate information
When web visitors enter our site, our server picks up information used to help us provide our users with better services and for internal record keeping. This information is picked up automatically from your Internet Service Provider and web browser, and includes your type of computer operating system and the browser that you are using, IP addresses, and demographic data. Also collected is the number of people viewing our web site. This information is collected in non-identifiable form.

Retention of Information
Information will be deleted within 12-16 weeks if no further correspondence is needed .
